It is a normal to feel a bit overwhelmed about starting therapy. Before committing to a session, you have the option of a free 15-minute, phone consultation.

A consultation is an opportunity to gather a bit of information about your situation, and will give you time to ask any questions you might have. Remember, the most important ingredient for successful therapy is finding a good fit!
